Design, build, and ship enterprise AI products using LLMs and agentic systems. Architect end-to-end solutions (retrieval, orchestration, tools, MCP, evaluation, observability), integrate with enterprise platforms and identity, write PRDs and ADRs, prototype and productionize code using AI coding agents, coach architects and engineers, ensure security/compliance (HIPAA, SOX, PCI), and represent CVS in vendor evaluations.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for retail payroll; analyze weekly and monthly results and variances; provide labor trend insights and actionable recommendations; prepare executive-ready presentations; partner with Finance, Operations, and Workforce Management; identify process improvements and enhance reporting and forecasting capabilities.
