Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts across the Americas. Responsibilities include developing account plans, driving adoption, retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling; building executive relationships; forecasting revenue; leading cross-functional account teams; partnering with solution and technology providers; and representing Talon.One in demos, workshops, and strategic client meetings.

Lead and transform the AMER Technical Account Management team from reactive to proactive. Oversee day-to-day operations, mentor engineers, establish scalable workflows, serve as regional technical escalation point, and drive proactive technical guidance and strategic client engagements for the Talon.One platform.

Own Talon.One’s product narrative, positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and go-to-market support for enterprise buyers. Develop collateral, battlecards, solution briefs, launch messaging, ecosystem positioning, and customer-driven insights. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success across distributed teams, translating complex technical capabilities—including AI and machine learning—into clear business value for retail and QSR markets.

Lead and develop a regional Sales Engineering team for the Americas, provide hands-on pre-sales support for enterprise SaaS deals, define SE best practices, improve sales cycles, and partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to capture and document institutional knowledge.

Partner with US and Berlin People Operations teams to deliver payroll, HRIS, benefits, onboarding, leave administration, and compliance for US employees. Own HRIS data and reporting, improve People Operations processes, support multi-state payroll and benefits administration, and contribute to global projects to scale HR operations.

Sell Talon.One's API-first promotions and loyalty SaaS to enterprise (>$2B) accounts across the Americas. Own full sales cycle, build C-level relationships, manage complex MEDDPICC-driven deals, coordinate cross-functional teams, forecast pipeline, and travel frequently to close business.

Lead and grow the Americas Enterprise Sales team to hit revenue targets by recruiting, coaching, and managing enterprise AEs. Own forecasting, pipeline processes, cross-functional collaboration with sales engineering, marketing and customer success, and represent the company at events. Sell complex, consultative SaaS solutions into technical and C-suite buyers while enabling land-and-expand strategies.
