Manages mortgage loan sales and delivery in the secondary market, including investor relationships, loan pricing, lock validation, investor reporting, servicing-rights transfers, regulatory compliance, and profitability analysis. Monitors loan pipelines, prepares sale documentation, tracks errors and expirations, coordinates with lending and servicing teams, and analyzes market trends and investor demand to optimize sales strategies.

Serve as the primary sales contact at a branch: originate and process loans, open and service accounts, promote credit union products, cross-sell, handle member issues, and provide branch operations backup.

Manage a portfolio of early-stage delinquent accounts, contact members to collect and resolve delinquencies, process refunds and adjustments, communicate with internal teams, and maintain delinquency and net charge-off metrics.
