Lead design and sizing of parallel file systems, object storage, GPU-Direct and NVMe-oF fabrics, data lakehouse architectures, and data pipelines. Engage customers and partners, produce HLDs/LLDs/BOMs, enable field teams, and drive partner alignment and business development.

Lead consultative services sales for assigned enterprise accounts: identify and develop services opportunities, create proposals and SOWs, negotiate pricing and scope, forecast and monitor services health, and ensure smooth transition to delivery while growing revenue and profitability.

Manage quoting and order processes for assigned IT accounts, respond to customer requests, maintain account and product knowledge, leverage WWT systems and partner applications, identify upsell opportunities, and support onboarding and mentoring of new sales ops staff.

Lead evaluation and optimization of enterprise network designs for performance, reliability, and security. Analyze current architecture and metrics, recommend scalable improvements, conduct technical evaluations and proof‑of‑concepts, research emerging technologies, perform cost‑benefit analyses, and provide expert technical leadership to align network solutions with strategic objectives.

Lead and grow strategic staffing/resourcing sales within assigned Retail & Hospitality accounts in the Southeast. Scope engagements, prepare budgets and pricing, create proposals and SOWs, negotiate and close opportunities, transition awarded engagements to delivery, maintain C-level and client relationships, educate internal teams on best practices, and resolve internal/external hurdles to ensure successful engagements and revenue growth.

Support government customer as a senior network engineer: troubleshoot escalated incidents, configure and maintain switches/routers/firewalls/wireless, analyze recurring issues, implement changes and optimizations, investigate performance and routing problems, monitor metrics, train Tier 1 staff, maintain documentation, and collaborate on migrations and deployments.

Support the Strategic Engagement Management team by managing resource and customer relationships, coordinating onboarding/offboarding, maintaining rosters and assets, producing reporting, working with VMS and internal tools, and helping develop marketing and enablement content while learning P&L, financials, and WWT offerings to grow into an SEM role.
