Lead supplier and process quality for electronic components at a 5G smart factory: ensure incoming material quality, perform SPC and root cause analysis, qualify and audit suppliers, support PCB assembly quality, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.

Supervise vendors/3PP technicians, perform optical testing (OTDR, power meters, VFL), execute MoPs, and manage migrations, remediation, break/fix, and remote-hands services while ensuring safety and quality.

Lead BCSS-focused solution and architecture engagements with T-Mobile, shaping strategies for cloud, core, OSS/BSS, charging/billing and orchestration. Drive AI and automation initiatives, advise CTO and account teams, translate customer needs into competitive BCSS offerings, and influence product roadmap and standardization.

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B campaigns and nurture programs across digital and in-person channels. Manage budgets, agencies, and workflows; measure performance and deliver data-driven insights; support ABM, events, sales enablement, customer advocacy, and use AI-enabled tools to improve campaign execution.
