Acts as a finance business partner for bids and aerospace programs, managing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, program tracking, revenue and cost recognition, risk assessment, financial baselines, and reporting. Partners with Finance, Sales, Bid Management, Program Management, and auditors to maintain accurate program financials, evaluate opportunities, monitor contractual requirements, and support governance across project lifecycles.

Architect and integrate AI agents with MarTech (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo), implement governance and performance metrics, drive adoption, and measure efficiency, cost, quality, and revenue impact.

Lead mechanical design, development, qualification, and lifecycle support for IFEC LRU aerospace products. Provide technical leadership across programs, resolve thermal/vibration/EMI/structural challenges, ensure certification compliance (DO-160), mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturability, reliability, and cost objectives.

Lead technical delivery of communications and networking demonstrators and prototypes for defence. Design and implement software-enabled wireless systems (SATCOM and terrestrial), translate concepts into scalable architectures, apply embedded and cloud-native techniques (containers, microservices, Kubernetes/K3s, edge deployments), mentor a small engineering team, engage stakeholders, and support research, innovation and future bids through prototype trials.

Designs, reviews, and releases PCB/PCBA layouts, drawings, bills of material, and related technical documentation. Leads design reviews, manufacturability assessments, qualification testing support, failure analysis, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions. Maintains PCB libraries and configuration-controlled data in Teamcenter while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Designs include mixed-signal, high-speed digital, analog, high-current, HDI, multilayer, flex, and rigid-flex boards for high-volume manufacturing.

Drive regional sales of application security solutions through direct and channel sales. Identify and develop enterprise opportunities, build relationships with C-suite and cybersecurity decision-makers, present solutions, coordinate technical evaluations, manage the full sales cycle, negotiate pricing, close deals, and provide pipeline and forecast reporting.

Lead design, architecture, and hands-on development of secure, cloud-based identity and data protection products for law enforcement. Define standards, drive technical decisions, deploy and validate solutions in cloud/on-prem, mentor engineers, perform root-cause analysis, support bids, and maintain authoritative technical documentation to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-performance systems.
