Leads the enterprise CX strategy and portfolio roadmap, managing product, technical program management, and development teams. The Staff Strategy Analyst at Boston Dynamics will lead strategic analyses, develop complex financial models, communicate findings to senior leadership, and drive cross-functional initiatives, focusing on robotics and AI trends.

Lead product strategy and go-to-market for Spot manipulation solutions. Conduct market research, build business plans, run proof-of-concept projects with cross-functional teams, analyze customer data and competitors, and define product roadmaps to drive near-term revenue and long-term market opportunities.

Lead investigation and resolution of complex controls and behavioral failures in a humanoid robot fleet. Analyze logs and telemetry, develop Python and C++ diagnostic tools and automated tests, maintain scalable diagnostic suites and playbooks, produce technical reports, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to verify fixes.

Drive transition of the Atlas humanoid robot into production automotive manufacturing by designing data-collection curricula and playbooks, conducting OLT/FAT, coaching robot pilots, managing onsite fleet health, performing hardware/software triage via logs and RT code, coordinating with HQ and stakeholders, and overseeing site integration, networking, and deployment while supporting multi-shift operations and travel.

Lead the RMAC Applications Engineering team to transition the Atlas humanoid robot into production automotive manufacturing. Manage applications engineers, design data collection curricula and playbooks to meet QA and 10,000-hour goals, oversee OLT/FAT, act as fleet mission lead for uptime and triage, and drive site integration including secure network architecture. Coordinate with Atlas product/behavior teams and stakeholders, prioritize experiment queues, coach robot pilots, and support multi-shift operations and domestic travel.

Provide technical leadership to take electromechanical humanoid robot hardware from concept to production. Drive CAD completion and drawing packages, GD&T and tolerance analysis, DFx with suppliers, risk management (FMEAs, validation), and mentor design engineers to meet performance and reliability targets.

Design, build, and maintain Boston Dynamics' robot fleet management web application. Rapidly deliver full-stack features, collaborate with product and operations, debug and perform post-mortems, integrate asset and 3D data, and document work for broad adoption.
