Provides onsite customer relations support for PSA by resolving customer queries, investigating issues, processing account adjustments, updating order spreadsheets, and escalating unresolved matters. Collaborates with Operations and other departments to deliver accurate solutions, using department protocols and strong judgment. The role requires excellent communication, listening, empathy, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle phone-based customer interactions and physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds.

Build and deploy production machine learning systems across computer vision, multimodal modeling, structured data, and agentic AI. Own projects from problem definition through monitoring, develop data and evaluation pipelines, establish feedback loops, and translate experiments into practical technical recommendations. Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, annotation teams, and domain experts while delivering maintainable code, documentation, and scalable ML solutions.

Design and develop scalable cloud-based backend architectures for PSA’s consumer-facing Set Registry platform. Own features through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production release. Build APIs for web and mobile applications, improve databases and existing applications, troubleshoot complex systems, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. Contribute to technical design reviews, documentation, monitoring, security practices, and automated testing.

Build and maintain sales operations infrastructure for the Marketplace commercial team, including dashboards, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM administration, data quality, onboarding workflows, process automation, and business reporting. Partner with Finance, Analytics, Product, Account Management, and leadership to improve operating cadence, performance measurement, and growth insights in a fast-moving marketplace environment.

Own global raw-material and component demand planning, S&OP, tooling capacity, inventory strategy, supply-chain KPIs, and planning-system data integrity. Lead planning and analytics managers, model growth and facility launches, identify constraints, develop investment business cases, and advise executives across Operations, Finance, Product, and Supplier Relations. The role is onsite in Santa Ana, California, with up to 15% international travel.

Leads global supplier relations and performance management, including strategic sourcing, complex negotiations, contract standardization, supplier segmentation, scorecards, corrective actions, risk mitigation, onboarding, and continuity planning. Partners with Operations, Finance, Legal, Quality, Product, and Facilities to deliver savings, improve supplier performance, maintain data accuracy, and support capacity expansion and new-site launches.

Lead Collectors and PSA’s global events and experiential marketing strategy, including flagship, regional, and international activations. Own event planning, budgets, logistics, vendors, sponsorships, partnerships, marketing integration, team development, and ROI measurement. Build cross-functional alignment across Product, Operations, Customer Experience, Growth, and Brand while strengthening PSA’s presence in the collector ecosystem and delivering revenue-generating experiences.

Support Marketplace Finance & Strategy through financial close, forecasting, annual and quarterly planning, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and executive and board reporting. Own Marketplace GMV, revenue, and OpEx inputs; assemble operational metrics; review consolidated forecasts; build planning templates and reporting materials; and identify performance variances and process improvements. Partner with operating teams and senior leaders across multiple marketplace businesses.

Own the technical strategy, architecture, development, configuration, integrations, data model, and roadmap for the company’s Salesforce platform. Lead Salesforce consultants and developers, oversee delivery standards and release governance, manage vendors, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and align Salesforce with ERP, IT, data, and organizational priorities. The role also includes stakeholder and executive partnership, technical decision-making, and AI enablement or product integration.

Manage Marketplace finance planning and reporting, including annual operating plans, long-range plans, forecasting, expense and headcount budgeting, business-unit allocations, and planning systems. Partner with business leaders on financial performance, scenario analysis, and strategic decisions. Prepare quarterly forecasts, executive reporting, and board materials while improving processes, data quality, and financial transparency across multiple Marketplace business units.
