The Learning Specialist III is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for various departments, improving onboarding, and supporting the Continuous Improvement department with special projects.

Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, delivery), manage staffing and schedules, monitor productivity and inventory accuracy, coach leads and technicians, drive process improvements, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with planning and supply chain teams to align material flow.

Lead design and build of scalable AWS cloud-based backend services and APIs powering web and mobile customer experiences. Own end-to-end feature delivery, improve grading and authentication workflows for scale and reliability, leverage AI tools to accelerate development, and provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams.

Lead daily eBay authentication operations from the Santa Ana office, monitor and report team metrics, set goals, coach and develop staff, manage inventory and cycle counts, facilitate huddles, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with safety, attendance, and security policies.

Lead and coach a Customer Care team onsite in Plano, TX, managing daily phone/email support, escalations, KPIs, quality, and process improvements. Drive hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Support process development, equipment design, validation, and implementation for high-volume manufacturing. Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, 5S/Lean initiatives, testing, and maintenance support while documenting standardized processes and working cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams onsite in Santa Ana, CA.

Own relationships with a portfolio of PSA Exchange buyers to drive demand and growth. Monitor buying performance, advise on pricing and inventory strategy, onboard and guide sellers, surface account insights and feature requests, and support marketplace programs and campaigns. Ensure seamless account experience and timely purchases.

Lead the Vault customer-relations workstream, owning queue performance, SLAs, escalations, and day-to-day execution. Coach and supervise team members handling Vault damage, mis-shipments, wrong-account issues, label corrections, reholders, and related exceptions. Coordinate pulling, packing, routing, and cross-functional handoffs while monitoring trends and improving Vault CRC workflows and SOPs.
