The Staff Engineer will lead the Benchmarking & Performance team, managing performance data across CoreWeave's global infrastructure, developing benchmarking strategies, optimizing MLPerf submissions, and collaborating with NVIDIA and the open-source community.

Lead revenue and commissions accounting including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and executive presentations. Ensure ASC 606/340 compliance, improve NetSuite ARM automation, design/perform SOX controls, partner cross-functionally, support revenue forecasts, and mentor revenue accounting team members.

Manage fleet repair and remediation projects for data center hardware: oversee RMA generation and issue resolution, coordinate across fleet engineering, data center technicians, and vendors, analyze ticket and workflow data to identify bottlenecks, produce infrastructure and client-facing performance reports, and lead process improvements and project evaluations to optimize operations.

Build and operate Go-based backend services and APIs to manage hardware lifecycle (RMA, data center operations, node repairs). Design scalable, reliable microservices, integrate vendor APIs, manage databases for operational and reporting use cases, and deploy/operate services on container platforms.

Provide securities law counsel for a public company: prepare and file SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, registration statements), support proxy and shareholder meeting logistics, advise on insider trading/Rule 10b5-1 and Section 16 filings, review external communications for Regulation FD compliance, monitor securities law developments, train employees, and support corporate governance matters.

Record, track, and audit IT hardware and assets at data centers; coordinate shipping/receiving and logistics; maintain inventory records and reports; resolve discrepancies and support cross-functional teams; travel to data center locations as needed.

The Technical Project Manager will lead data center deployment projects, manage resources, and ensure compliance and quality, while engaging with stakeholders effectively.
