Set supplier strategy, negotiate multi-year agreements, manage CTB and capacity, and resolve delivery or quality disputes. Partner cross-functionally and present supply risk and strategy to senior leadership to ensure build readiness and supply assurance for critical hardware components.

Design and implement cluster experiences (CLI, job schemas, operators), own Python SDKs for RL rollouts, work directly with customers and infra teams, document OSS training frameworks, and ship production-grade ML infrastructure solving distribution, scheduling, and isolation at scale.

The Software Engineer will develop and manage data platforms for CoreWeave, focusing on performance, security, and scalability while facilitating data access and compliance with regulations.

Lead and manage data center design projects from feasibility through construction, coordinating A/E consultants, vendors, and internal SMEs. Ensure designs meet CoreWeave standards for power, cooling, LV/IT, BMS, budget, schedule, and scalability. Conduct design reviews, manage deviations, support commissioning, perform site visits, and report to leadership while driving innovation and vendor selection.
