Manage multidisciplinary design efforts for industrial building projects (semiconductor, data centers). Oversee project execution, coordination, resource assignment, quality and space reviews, client and consultant communications, budget/code compliance, onsite construction observation, and mentoring of junior staff.

Lead mechanical discipline designs (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection) for water and hydro projects through all project phases. Produce BODRs, calculations, drawings, specifications, cost opinions, respond to RFIs, review submittals, attend site visits, coordinate with disciplines, mentor EITs, and perform limited travel (~5%).

Design and engineer electrical systems for water/wastewater projects: prepare calculations, drawings, single-line and control schematics, specifications; review shop drawings; conduct field investigations and construction-phase services; coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams; support estimating and business development.
