Lead delivery of land development and municipal infrastructure projects through planning, design, permitting, construction administration, and closeout. Serve as client lead and technical lead for grading, drainage, wet utilities, street improvements, and hydrology/hydraulic modeling while managing scope, schedule, budget, and project teams.

The role focuses on business development and project management in the transit and rail sector, managing project teams, and ensuring successful project delivery and client relationships.

Manage environmental projects within power utilities, ensuring technical document development, biological surveys management, and environmental permitting. Mentor teams and interact with clients.
