Build information-rich legal data visualizations using JavaScript, React, D3, and SVG. Use Python and Pyramid to retrieve and prepare data. Design for accessibility and usability, integrate new legal content with subject-matter experts, collaborate with frontend/back-end and NLP engineers, and participate in code reviews. Provide a portfolio of reviewable code samples.

Partner with in-house legal teams to design and implement tailored LexisNexis AI and workflow solutions, lead demos and training, drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, gather client feedback for product and development teams, and support clients in the field (50% travel).

Provide timely, accurate royalty and content analytics and financial reporting to support business decisions. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and allocation impacts; support monthly royalty reconciliation; design and automate reporting and data structures; respond to licensing and royalty inquiries; prepare analytical materials for commercial and content planning; and drive process improvements to ensure reporting integrity and operational effectiveness.

Lead product adoption and operational readiness for enterprise platforms (Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, eCommerce). Design AI-driven, data-backed adoption frameworks, track KPIs, enable in-product guidance, align releases with business readiness, partner cross-functionally, and manage a team to drive measurable adoption and value.

Provide entry-level desktop and infrastructure support: install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and basic network issues; perform backups; monitor systems; liaise with vendors; and provide occasional on-site support at trade shows (up to 25% travel).

Lead design and implementation of complex AI-enabled internal tools and workflows. Drive hands-on development using AI-assisted and agentic tools, set engineering standards, perform code reviews, troubleshoot across the stack, and collaborate with product and global engineering teams to deliver scalable internal platforms and developer productivity solutions.

Build executive relationships, close complex sales, partner cross-functionally to ensure customer success, set sales priorities and strategy, and coach leaders to drive performance in regulated and government markets.
