Design and implement data models, algorithms, ETL pipelines, and analytics solutions. Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets using Python/R and data science libraries, validate integrations, build visualizations and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver mission-focused insights for Army modernization.

Develop and execute test plans, automated and manual test scripts, and test data. Perform functional, regression, integration, API, UAT, and end-to-end testing. Track defects, validate releases, support CI/CD, participate in Agile ceremonies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend quality improvements.

Design, implement, and evaluate cybersecurity architectures and controls for DoD systems; perform risk and vulnerability assessments; ensure compliance with DoD standards; support testing, documentation, and cross-functional integration to protect mission-critical networks.

Support Army information assurance by evaluating, accrediting, and monitoring IT systems for risk and compliance. Conduct risk assessments, maintain IA documentation and certifications, collaborate on risk treatment, and preserve privileged access and continuing education requirements.

Provide acquisition management and analytical support to senior leadership for Army modernization programs. Manage records, conduct business research and valuation, produce reports and presentations, support program execution, lead process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective acquisition management.

Lead and coordinate change management across all Hudson Tunnel Project packages: evaluate scope/schedule/cost changes, manage Notice of Proposed Changes log, support Contractor-Initiated Change Order reviews, develop negotiation strategies with program and SEP teams, maintain version control and change records, contribute to reporting dashboards, and drive continuous improvement of change control processes and tools.
