Provide executive-level administrative and program-analytic support to senior military/government leaders: manage calendars and travel, screen communications, draft and proofread documents, track action items and deliverables, maintain organized files, coordinate front office operations, and support special projects while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Support USCYBERCOM and OPCA by analyzing and aligning cyberspace operations budgets within the DoD PPBE process. Lead and perform in-depth vulnerability assessments for large-scale DoD weapons and space systems using offensive-minded defensive cyber operations. Define complex system specifications, gather requirements, author technical whitepapers, provide technical guidance, and build customer relationships to obtain system information. Occasional CONUS/OCONUS travel.

Support Missile Defense Agency test activities across the full test lifecycle (flight, ground, HWIL, cyber). Lead test planning, V&V, scenario development, execution, data analysis, and government reporting. Provide technical oversight, supervise teams, optimize test readiness, and recommend courses of action for senior leadership. Travel required.

Drive operational excellence for the Engineered Systems federal business by developing and implementing program leadership policies, processes, tools and trainings. Explore AI/ML applications, support improvement of low-performing programs, capture best practices from across the company, prepare senior-level presentations, and partner with sector and program leaders to identify risks and opportunities and support overall business operations.

Develop and supervise creation of roadway engineering deliverables including geometry design, calculations, drawings, procurement documents, design/installation packages, and technical reports. Prepare budgets and schedules, provide technical direction, guide CAD drafters and junior engineers, develop equipment/material requisitions, and may supervise staff. Support highway design projects and perform additional duties as required.

Design and optimize a data collection platform UX, enable and sustain Air Force Mission Assurance data workflows, integrate with DoD/AF systems, apply AI/ML and advanced analytics to mission data, produce decision-relevant products, maintain documentation and training, and provide platform maintenance and performance improvements.

Design, implement, secure, and sustain enterprise LAN/WAN and hybrid cloud network infrastructure for classified environments. Manage Cisco switching/routing, VPN/ExpressRoute connectivity to Azure, routing protocols, DoD STIG hardening, classified/air-gapped segments, performance monitoring, documentation, and support secure facility buildouts. Mentor junior engineers and support RMF assessment activities.

Lead and grow a global trade compliance function, ensure ITAR/EAR, sanctions, customs and import/export compliance, advise senior leadership, design governance and controls, manage licensing and authorizations, oversee monitoring and audits, partner across functions to support international business and leverage technology to improve effectiveness.
