Provide senior systems engineering and enterprise integration support for JCWA, leading architecture governance, SAFe-based Agile planning (PI/ART), requirements management, Confluence/Jira automation, stakeholder coordination, and technical decision-making across DoD systems-of-systems. Develop governance artifacts, dashboards, SOPs, ADRs, and executive communications while ensuring compliance with DoD policies and supporting continuous process improvement.

Drive project planning, metrics reporting, records management, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and executive-level briefings while mentoring teams and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and mission requirements.

Perform deep-dive network protocol and packet analysis to identify cyber adversary activity. Build SIEM queries, visualizations, and detections; write Zeek/Snort signatures; design monitoring strategies; enrich data; document and present findings to stakeholders.

Design and analyze roadway and Temporary Traffic Control Plans (TTCP); develop 3D corridor models in GEOPAK/OpenRoads; prepare reports and contract documents; manage multiple tasks, review technician work, communicate with clients and agencies, and mentor team members. Potential to serve as Engineer-of-Record.

Design and develop drainage and stormwater systems for transportation projects. Perform hydraulic/hydrologic calculations, prepare plans/details/specifications, mentor junior staff, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, apply QA/QC, address agency review comments, and support proposals.

Lead systems engineering for C3BM/C2BMC efforts including algorithm support, SRM/BM technical analysis, system-level performance assessment, verification/validation, and representation in design and peer reviews to support development, integration, test, and operations.

Lead QA/QC for roadway design deliverables: develop QA/QC plans, perform independent design checks of geometry, grading, drainage, MOT and pavement, review calculations/drawings, mentor junior engineers, create quality tools, and ensure compliance with client, agency, and contractual standards.

Develop and weaponize exploits for Android mobile platforms: perform vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and CNO development. Integrate POCs into frameworks, perform remote-access exploitation, and work with toolchains (IDAPro/Ghidra, GDB, Objdump) across multiple processor architectures.
