Lead traffic engineering design efforts including signal design, signal timing, signing/striping, lighting, and traffic control. Analyze, correlate, and operationalize threat intelligence to support proactive cyber defense. Produce reports, perform log and PCAP analysis, develop TTPs with IC partners, create SIEM dashboards/queries, and collaborate with development teams to enhance detection capabilities against advanced persistent threats.

Perform advanced vulnerability research and reverse engineering of software, firmware, and hardware to discover zero-day flaws. Use disassemblers, debuggers, fuzzing, and dynamic/static analysis to develop proof-of-concept exploits, document findings, and brief developers. Collaborate to translate research into operational tools and maintain awareness of public disclosures and adversary techniques. Limited TDY travel as required.
