Produce roadway drawings, specifications, computations, material takeoffs, estimates, and construction documents. Prepare requisitions, review supplier drawings, assist technical bid analyses, provide guidance to CAD drafters and junior engineers, and support DOT project deliverables.

Perform reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and embedded/C programming to develop and enhance CNO capabilities for mission-critical national security systems. Analyze complex systems and networked/mobile devices, implement reliable capabilities, and collaborate onsite with subject-matter experts and senior engineers.

Lead highway, interchange, and street design for major NYSDOT projects using 3D modeling and CAD. Perform geometric and drainage design, work zone traffic control, construction staging, quantity calculations, and produce detailed calculations, drawings, reports, and procurement documents. Supervise and mentor engineers and designers, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, optimize plans using visualization, and manage budget and schedule elements.

Lead development and management of dam safety programs, perform geotechnical evaluations and monitoring for earthen dams, conduct field inspections and testing, lead technical meetings, provide technical writing, training, mentoring, and support emergency management for dam safety projects.

Assist in geometric design of highways and roads, create cross sections, super-elevation diagrams, grading plans, and perform quantity takeoffs. Use design/CAD software, provide technical guidance to drafters and engineers, and support project deliverables.

Lead systems integration and interface management for a multi‑billion rail program. Author and govern the Interface Management Plan, manage package interface teams, maintain the Master Interface Register and Interface Control Documents, chair interface governance, integrate interface activities with schedule/cost/risk/change control, and drive proactive risk mitigation through design, testing, and commissioning.
