Lead planning, direction, and execution of multi-year DoD programs and integration projects. Manage schedules, budgets, compliance with DoD standards, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional teams to deliver interoperable capabilities and technology fielding.

Lead and manage large-scale Design-Build projects (APD) from pursuit through execution. Oversee budgets, schedules, scope, client relations, QA/QC, safety, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Develop project plans, negotiate scope changes, and ensure technical and commercial performance.

Lead and manage design delivery for large wastewater projects ($25M–$150M), drive business development, prepare proposals, coordinate stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance (Title 22, biosolids), and mentor project teams while supporting technical design of conventional and advanced liquid and biosolids treatment systems.

Lead and supervise highway design work: define scope, prepare budgets and schedules, provide technical direction, and produce calculations, drawings, procurement documents, design packages, and reports. Prepare requisitions, mentor designers and junior engineers, and coordinate deliverables for NYSDOT projects.

Lead and manage hydrology and drainage design for transportation projects, overseeing technical deliverables, staffing, budgets, and regulatory compliance. Serve as primary client/JV interface, mentor junior engineers, prepare stormwater plans, permit applications, drainage reports, and act as Drainage Design Engineer of Record for WSDOT design-build projects.

Administer and maintain Linux and Windows servers and VMware environments; manage network operations, security tools, patches, hardware, and system performance; analyze logs, configure new systems, optimize applications, and coordinate status with stakeholders.
