Lead global corporate network operations, ensuring availability, security, and performance across LAN/WAN/Wireless/VPN. Manage hardware vendors, on-call escalations, documentation, M&A network integrations, Zero Trust and IAM alignment, and compliance with SOC2/CMMC/NIST and federal export controls while mentoring junior staff.

Own the Quantum Interconnect Platform product narrative, roadmap, customer engagement, and go-to-market development. Gather customer feedback, lead technical customer meetings, support early sales efforts, define product-market fit, and collaborate across engineering, business, sales, and program management teams to drive commercial traction.

Integrate and precisely align optical, mechanical, and electrical subsystems. Follow and develop assembly and alignment procedures, perform metrology and inspections, troubleshoot performance issues, maintain documentation and contamination control, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable optical subsystem integration.
