Own the global intercompany accounting process across domestic and international entities. Responsibilities include monthly close, transfer pricing entries, reconciliations, eliminations, foreign currency accounting, legal entity reporting, controls, audits, and technical accounting under US GAAP. The role also designs scalable processes, automates intercompany activities in OneStream, supports new entity integration, and partners with Tax, Treasury, IT, auditors, and international accounting teams.

Prepare month-end journal entries, payroll accruals, general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet analyses. Maintain fixed asset, prepaid expense, and accrual accounts in compliance with GAAP. Generate reticle-size mask files using Python for commercial foundry tape-outs, perform DRC and LVS verification, contribute to custom PDKs, and document layout workflows. Leads end-to-end spacecraft programs from development through qualification, production, and delivery. Manages cross-functional engineering teams, schedules, budgets, risks, technical requirements, procurement, subcontractors, and interdependencies across a project portfolio. Provides strategic prioritization, data-driven decision-making, executive communication, and mentorship to program managers and team members. Requires aerospace hardware program expertise and familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum frameworks.

Lead technical programs across their full lifecycle, managing cross-functional teams, portfolios, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. Translate technical requirements into delivery plans, prioritize initiatives, track progress, and drive data-informed decisions. The role supports component upgrades, design, and spacecraft integration while mentoring project resources and applying waterfall, agile, and scrum methodologies in a fast-paced aerospace and national security environment.

Design, analyze, and optimize free-space optical communication and high-speed laser systems for space applications. Lead full lifecycle from concept through prototyping, run optical simulations, optimize for manufacturing/alignment tolerances and fiber coupling, perform optomechanical and Structural-Thermal-Optical analysis, integrate with cross-functional teams, document designs and tests, and mentor peers.
