Manage end-to-end implementation of Archibus Real Property and Lease modules for a global Department of State deployment. Define technical and functional requirements, develop deployment schedules and phasing plans, oversee UAT, coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones, identify risks and mitigations, and prepare stakeholder briefings and status reports.

Lead a high-visibility federal program as the government single point-of-contact for performance, strategy, and delivery. Direct technical teams, coordinate with senior federal stakeholders, translate analytics into decision support, lead modernization efforts, and manage program execution and evaluation related to foreign policy or security cooperation.

Provide administrative, coordination, and technical support for eligibility system implementations (Medicaid, SNAP). Manage onboarding, meeting logistics, environment access, tool setup, documentation and technical artifacts, reporting (defects, risks, milestones), action-item tracking, and cross-team coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Provide human capital and project management support: develop communications and change management materials, update SOPs, use LMS to track training, support workforce integration and data analysis, manage meeting notes/action items, and communicate progress to clients and partners.

Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports; coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting across teams; support change governance, CAB activities, and documentation compliance; analyze performance, cost, security, and operational trends to identify improvements; maintain compliance evidence repositories and reporting artifacts for federal IT programs.

Support a federal automation program by gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating UAT and testing, evaluating workflows and data, creating SOPs and training, managing change requests and SharePoint records, and communicating with technical and business stakeholders.

Support government transformation initiatives by gathering requirements, coordinating change management, developing communications and stakeholder strategies, facilitating workshops, tracking progress with Microsoft 365, conducting research and analysis, and identifying process improvements to drive adoption.

Document and map business processes, translate operational challenges into clear requirements and user stories, support Agile sprints and workshops, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, and produce high-quality consulting deliverables for data-centric projects.
