Performs exploratory, descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis supporting Navy Reserve readiness and mission assurance. Lead Workday integration consultants and delivery workstreams, designing, developing, testing, and supporting complex integrations using Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, and core connectors. Partner with clients and third-party vendors on requirements, design documents, technical solutions, and deployment. Provide consulting leadership, communicate challenges, improve delivery processes, and support Workday HCM and Financials transformations. The role requires Workday implementation experience, current Workday certification, integration development expertise, and up to 25% travel.

Supports federal health consulting projects from strategy through implementation, including organizational transformation, process improvement, change management, data analysis, and performance improvement. Collects and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, develops client reports and presentations, creates process documentation and strategic plans, supports client meetings, builds stakeholder relationships, and contributes to proposals and internal initiatives.

Support Federal clients with financial management, grants, reimbursable agreements, procurement, budgeting, financial analysis, reconciliations, internal controls, and process improvement. Supports Department of Defense financial management consulting, including audit readiness, remediation, internal controls testing, process documentation, corrective action plans, root cause analysis, and financial process improvement. Applies federal accounting and audit expertise across finance, logistics, property management, civilian pay, and procurement processes. Handles large data volumes in Excel and financial systems while collaborating with federal component and headquarters teams.

Develops and implements Microsoft Power Platform solutions across discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, training, and support. Builds Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, automates processes with Power Automate and UiPath, integrates data, designs Dataverse models, and supports SharePoint and Dynamics solutions. Serves as a Power Platform subject matter expert, collaborates with clients and project teams, creates technical documentation, manages governance standards, and resolves production issues.
