Lead establishment and growth of Guidehouse’s Missouri state and local government practice. Originate and close consulting engagements, maintain executive client relationships, oversee complex technology-enabled implementations (ERP/HCM/grants, cloud, data), recruit and mentor staff, manage financial and delivery performance, and drive go-to-market and partnership strategies.

Serve as the CIO organization's liaison to mission stakeholders, translating complex IT and cybersecurity topics into executive-ready briefings and communications.
