Lead coastal and navigation projects through planning, design, and construction. Provide senior technical oversight, manage project delivery and budgets, mentor staff, develop client relationships, and expand services across federal, state, port, NGO, and private clients. Oversee coastal restoration, beach nourishment, shoreline protection, dredging, coastal structures, hazard analyses, and hydrodynamic/coastal process modeling.

Perform geotechnical data collection, correlation, and discrepancy identification; assist with geotechnical designs and reports, including slope stability, seepage, and settlement modeling; follow project scope and schedules; learn accepted geotechnical methods and design criteria; interface with clients and project teams.

The Stormwater Engineer will conduct analyses, design stormwater plans, supervise junior staff, manage project costs, and provide client support.

Design and deliver electrical systems (power, lighting, generators, controls) for water/wastewater plants and pump stations; perform power system analysis, prepare calculations/drawings/specifications, support projects from design through construction, conduct field testing/startup, perform quality control, coordinate schedules/budgets, mentor junior engineers, and travel as needed.

Manage and lead municipal water and wastewater master planning and modeling projects, providing technical expertise and project team guidance.
