Training and support are provided to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Leads a regional team of approximately 20 Wealth Advisors, directing sales and marketing strategy, recruiting, mentoring, budgeting, performance management, regulatory supervision, auditing, trade review, and compliance. Develops affluent client relationships, supports financial planning conversations, identifies investment and insurance opportunities, and drives team financial results. Requires registered principal experience, FINRA supervision expertise, relevant securities and insurance licenses, and a proven record managing direct sales teams.

Acquire, onboard, and retain affluent and high-net-worth clients while growing deposits, investments, lending balances, and client satisfaction. Conduct financial discovery conversations, present personalized strategies, coordinate with Wealth Advisors and CFPs, and collaborate across banking teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Track relationship activity in Salesforce CRM and manage a growing book of business through proactive outreach and referrals.

Acquires and onboards affluent and high-net-worth clients, grows deposits, investments, and lending balances, and deepens relationships through proactive financial conversations. Partners with Wealth Advisors, CFPs, and other banking teams to deliver personalized strategies and seamless client experiences. Tracks client activity in Salesforce, supports regulatory controls, and achieves goals related to assets, deposits, lending, and client satisfaction.

Manages a commercial real estate loan portfolio through credit underwriting, risk administration, financial analysis, monitoring, documentation, and client support. Structures and recommends credit and covenant terms for new business, renewals, and modifications; monitors existing relationships for compliance and credit quality; collaborates with relationship managers; and manages moderately complex credits while meeting deadlines and risk policies.

Provides underwriting, credit analysis, and end-to-end loan transaction management for private banking and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Evaluates specialty lending requests, reviews financial documentation, recommends credit terms, coordinates approvals and closings, monitors pipelines, supports portfolio quality, and maintains client relationships. Ensures lending activities comply with credit policies, regulatory requirements, and fiduciary obligations while partnering with relationship managers, credit officers, investment advisors, and trust services.
