The Operational Risk Manager oversees cybersecurity risks, advises stakeholders, conducts risk assessments, ensures compliance, and participates in incident response activities.

Partner with Wealth Advisors and CFPs to acquire, onboard, and deepen relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients. Drive growth in deposits, investments, and lending through discovery-driven financial planning, proactive outreach, and cross-business collaboration. Provide high-touch client service and track activities in Salesforce.

Provide financial decision support and forecasting for a commercial banking client segment. Build and maintain models for net interest margin, fee income, expenses and credit provisions; track loan portfolio drivers and balance sheet composition; support capital rotation and business expansion proformas; lead annual budgeting and strategic planning; prepare executive financial presentations; complete month-end close and maintain financial controls.

Lead enterprise incident response for high-impact P1/P2 events, coordinate cross-functional recovery, mature incident and service management practices, drive automation and ServiceNow improvements, ensure regulatory and audit alignment, run post-incident reviews, and mentor teams to improve operational resilience and reduce recurring outages.

Engage and onboard affluent and high-net-worth clients, grow deposits, investments and lending balances through discovery and financial planning, deepen relationships with proactive outreach, collaborate with Wealth Advisors and internal partners, and track activity in Salesforce CRM to deliver high-touch client experiences.

Serve as the first-line virtual teller via video/chat, processing routine transactions, account maintenance, and new account openings; educate customers on digital services, identify needs, refer products, ensure operational accuracy and regulatory compliance, and foster strong customer and team relationships.
