Leads enterprise Agile delivery as a Release Train Engineer and coach. This hybrid role requires three days onsite weekly and travel throughout the hospital system.

Supervise clinical engineering staff and coordinate daily activities involving medical equipment and assigned hospital areas. Responsibilities include scheduling, performance management, preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor and clinician relationship management, service planning, regulatory compliance, and leading projects. Drive portfolio management, stakeholder engagement with C-suite and external partners, manage intake and OKRs, mentor data scientists and managers, oversee hiring, coordinate external resources, prioritize initiatives, and support build-vs-partner decisions to ensure alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.

Lead and execute IT and cybersecurity audits using agile concepts. Develop audit programs, manage audit staff, test internal controls, prepare draft reports, communicate findings to leadership, and recommend remediation to mitigate enterprise IT/cyber risks.
