Manages full-cycle recruitment for Cleveland Clinic’s Ohio market, including sourcing, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, pre-closing, onboarding readiness, and applicant tracking. Partners with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition teams, monitors recruitment metrics and compliance, supports process improvement, attends recruiting events, and provides guidance on HR recruitment policies. The role is hybrid, with three onsite days weekly, and requires accurate candidate communication and confidential HR matter handling.

Manages non-desktop research computing infrastructure, including Linux and Windows servers, databases, storage, backups, and software development teams. Provides technical and financial oversight, establishes infrastructure standards and procedures, supervises IT administrators, supports strategic planning, and manages projects, budgets, schedules, quality control, and department equipment. The role is remote in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, with rotating weekend on-call duties and up to 5% travel.

Coordinates project teams, meetings, timelines, deliverables, reporting, budgets, travel logistics, audits, and workflow improvements. Supports strategic planning, financial forecasting, process optimization, and implementation of Cleveland Clinic Research’s new operating model while ensuring projects meet scope, quality, compliance, and schedule requirements.

Participate in feasibility analysis, planning, design, development, prototyping, implementation, QA, and modification of automated systems. Support small system implementations, define training needs, assist with training, maintain project schedules and documentation, track resources, and report on timelines and performance.

Manages and coordinates nursing education programs, operational systems, projects, stakeholders, and competing deadlines. Supports students and faculty, improves processes, develops programmatic communications and data presentations, mentors departmental staff, and monitors compliance with HR policies and corporate procedures. The role supports Cleveland Clinic’s nursing workforce pipeline and operates in a hybrid schedule after onsite orientation.

Manages initiatives for a graduate medical education committee, including meeting agendas, speaker scheduling, minutes, follow-up, operational systems, and project coordination. Serves as an organizational liaison, manages competing priorities, mentors department staff, and monitors compliance with HR policies and corporate procedures. The hybrid role supports healthcare education and process improvements, requiring on-site work one day weekly after onboarding and three days weekly during the new-hire period.
