The Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives for ZOLL's Acute Care Technologies, executing strategic marketing plans, providing insights from market data, and supporting sales and training efforts.

The Technical Product Support Specialist II manages complex technical inquiries for ZOLL products, providing advanced troubleshooting, collaboration across teams, and contributing to knowledge base improvements.

Leads cloud engineering and configuration management across AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud. Provides technical leadership, automates infrastructure and deployments, secures source control and CI/CD, and establishes cloud platform best practices. Partners with architects and product teams on Agile delivery, monitoring, service discovery, security, and platform improvements. Supports major programs, financial governance, reporting, and technical guidance for developers and Global IT teams.

Provides tier-one technical and clinical support for ZOLL medical products through phone, email, and fax. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, documenting complaints in a tracking system, following up on cases, researching solutions, creating process documentation and technical tips, supporting departmental shipping and receiving, and participating in occasional evening or weekend on-call coverage. Requires customer-facing technical support experience, strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and Microsoft Office skills.

Provides Tier I and Tier II technical support for medical device products through phone and email. Resolves customer and sales representative inquiries, documents claims in Oracle, escalates complex issues, mentors junior representatives, performs research, and provides occasional on-call, customer-site troubleshooting, installation, and emergency support.

Leads systems engineering for cardiac medical device development from concept through design output. Defines patient and stakeholder needs, system and detailed requirements, system architecture, technical investigations, and risk controls. Coordinates cross-functional engineering activities, requirements approvals, test-case development, verification and reliability testing, FMECA analysis, and product risk management. Partners with product management, regulatory, medical affairs, human factors, engineering managers, and technical program managers throughout the product development lifecycle.
