Partner cross-functionally with digital, sales, Salesforce, analytics, and performance marketing teams. Establish KPIs, measure sales and brand affinity, manage multiple initiatives, and communicate program enhancements across the organization.

Lead enterprise-scale technology and operations transformation programs using SAFe and Agile. Define vision, prioritize initiatives, manage cross-ART delivery, risks, budget, and stakeholders. Coach teams on Lean-Agile, standardize metrics and reporting, drive AI adoption and automation, and improve speed-to-market and quality across servicing functions.

Provides technical leadership for scalable on-premises and AWS data warehouse solutions, including Amazon Redshift. Designs, develops, tests, and implements high-availability data applications and batch or real-time pipelines processing terabytes of data. The role also supports internal inquiries, office supply and Corporate Store inventory, executive assistant coverage, and process improvement. Work is part-time, up to 30 hours weekly, with occasional schedule flexibility.
