Lead quality engineering across e-commerce, mobile applications, APIs, integrations, and AI-enabled experiences. Develop test strategies, plans, automated scripts, and comprehensive testing processes; conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing; manage defects; support releases; collaborate cross-functionally; and mentor junior QA team members.

Provides financial planning and analysis through modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, profitability analysis, and cost management. Partners with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver insights, support strategic decisions, monitor performance, and identify improvement opportunities. Leads or supports special financial projects and prepares actionable management reports using advanced Excel, Power BI, and financial systems.

Provide forecasting and analytical support for DC inventory flow and supply chain processes. Maintain Excel/Access models and databases, produce performance reports, support budgeting, identify process improvements, and partner cross-functionally on supply chain projects.

Manage regular, promotional, clearance, and store-specific pricing across Michaels stores and eCommerce channels. Build and approve promotions, clearance pricing, item attributes, and consumer decision trees; resolve pricing issues and tickets; conduct audits; coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, eCommerce, IT, and store teams; provide process metrics and meeting documentation. Weekend and seasonal holiday coverage is required.

Lead external communications and consumer public relations programs for Michaels and MakerPlace. Develop media strategies, manage agency and stakeholder relationships, secure coverage, produce press materials, prepare executive messaging, oversee media events and grand openings, monitor news, manage communications budgets, and collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to strengthen brand awareness and reputation.

Analyze and administer compensation programs including market pricing, salary administration, survey management, minimum wage compliance, retail offer support, internal equity audits, data integrity in HR systems, reporting and analytics, and support for variable pay programs (bonus, merit, commission).
