Lead email marketing strategy and team to grow customer engagement across the lifecycle. Plan and execute targeted email campaigns, manage creative and vendors, oversee segmentation, testing, and analytics, and develop direct reports to meet KPIs.

Lead a data science team to design and execute advanced analytics and experimentation that quantify marketing campaign impact, identify growth opportunities, and optimize CRM spend. Partner with business stakeholders to develop actionable insights, automate deliverables, mentor analysts, and implement cutting-edge tools and methodologies to advance analytics capabilities.

Manage liability claims lifecycle including investigation, preservation of evidence, discovery support, litigation and settlement strategy coordination with TPAs, defense counsel, carriers, and business partners. Maintain legal calendar, update claim system data, review insurance certificates, and support regulatory and injury-counsel information requests.
