Lead engineering teams building Garner’s core healthcare product, including data ingestion systems and AI-enhanced product experiences. Provide technical oversight, drive scalable features, mentor and hire engineers, improve quality and delivery speed, manage cross-functional risks and tradeoffs, and protect user privacy and security. The role requires hands-on engineering experience, engineering management experience, and familiarity with web applications, APIs, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

The VP of Revenue Operations will enhance the operational infrastructure for sales and client management to drive efficiency and success, ensuring high standards in the customer lifecycle and strategic planning.

Manage and grow Garner's small-group employer clients (25–250 lives) by retaining and upselling accounts, advising on plan design and cost trends, monitoring client health, building broker relationships, and partnering with finance, product, data, and technology teams to demonstrate ROI and drive Net Revenue Retention and other KPIs.

Partner with sales to design and present Garner's Employer and DataPro solutions to high-value prospects. Lead discovery, technical solution design, RFP responses, and project-manage engagements with support from Data and Product teams. Act as technical liaison, communicate value propositions, and stay current on industry trends to inform product improvements.

Lead Garner Health Intelligence to build and operate doctor-ranking and provider analytics. Own technical direction, product roadmap, production systems, team hiring/development, and business outcomes. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Commercial teams to ensure algorithms improve cost and quality and drive commercial performance.

Own strategic relationships with national broker and consulting firms, build trusted advisor connections, and drive business development into closed distribution and data-licensing deals. The role develops portfolio strategy, contracting targets, metrics, and pipeline; coordinates Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Operations; and channels consultant insights into go-to-market strategy. Success requires deep employee-benefits expertise, an established senior industry network, executive influence, and accountability for national revenue outcomes.

Lead development and execution of Garner's corporate communications strategy to raise brand awareness, manage media and crisis response, position executives as thought leaders, oversee internal communications, support investor relations, and measure communications performance to optimize brand presence across key healthcare and employer audiences.

Lead a small analytics team to design experiments, run causal analyses, and build measurement frameworks. Partner with Product, Engineering, and leadership to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations, manage A/B testing and causal methods, mentor analysts, enforce analytical standards, and own measurement strategy across growth and product.

Drive revenue for Garner's fully- and self-insured products in the 500–5,000 life segment. Expand and manage broker, consultant, general agent, and employer partnerships; build sales and partnership pipeline infrastructure; collaborate with market teammates to support in-market activities and broker relationships. Remote role with occasional travel to HQ.

Build and govern KPIs and dashboards, partner with stakeholders on measurement, develop scalable data pipelines, run deep-dive analyses, close reporting gaps, and promote best practices in visualization and metric consistency.
