Sell and manage Light Commercial Unitary equipment accounts across an assigned Alabama territory. Develop new customer relationships, deepen existing accounts, identify customer needs, recommend Trane HVAC solutions, qualify leads, close business, and coordinate with other sales teams. Perform customer site visits and work in variable field conditions.

Lead design and development of cabinet and structural systems for unitary HVAC products from concept through production. Use structural steel and sheet metal expertise, FEA and lab testing to validate designs, ensure regulatory compliance, drive cost and performance improvements, and provide cross-functional technical leadership and sustaining support.

Lead and evolve the Magenta digital user experience operating model and Center of Excellence. Drive governance, intake/prioritization, portfolio visibility, tool adoption, vendor and budget oversight, and continuous improvement to increase team effectiveness, execution consistency, and stakeholder confidence across digital product, UX/UI, and engineering teams.
