Provide technical sales support and HVAC application engineering to convert leads, prepare equipment selections and proposals, develop system solutions, coordinate with sales and operations, produce drawings and documentation, and support project handoff and fulfillment. Responsible for technical consultation, design/analysis of refrigerant, controls, airside and waterside systems, and using AutoCAD and Trane tools.

Manage commercial HVAC controls/building automation projects from proposal through closeout. Oversee schedules, budgets, change orders, subcontractors, customer relationships, project documentation, safety, and mentor team members as a subject matter expert.

Validate project scope and optimize assigned HVAC projects; generate submittals and provide technical support to engineers and contractors; manage equipment orders, purchase/work orders, budgets, schedules, and customer communications; use selection software to support equipment selection and project execution.

Design unit electrical systems and control panels for commercial HVAC products. Select and qualify electrical components, produce control panel layouts, create prototypes and test plans, coordinate testing and regulatory approvals, support product documentation and order fulfillment, and lead small project teams to meet milestones and quality goals.

Manage and grow building-owner accounts by developing HVAC controls solutions, converting leads, executing account business plans, answering technical questions, coordinating acquisition teams, and ensuring customer retention and profitability.

Design and integrate components for commercial scroll and screw heat pumps and chillers. Lead product development, perform engineering analysis and lab validation, create BOMs and specs, drive quality and reliability solutions, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and global teams.

Validate and optimize HVAC equipment selection, pricing, and submittals for projects. Evaluate cost savings/issues, negotiate vendor pricing, prepare orders, reconcile job costs, and provide technical support for installation, start-up, and warranty service.

Manage equipment projects end-to-end including scope, schedule, budget, cost forecasting, purchase orders, vendor and customer coordination, billing/collections support, material receipt/claims, and warranty transition. Focus is administrative and financial rather than technical or field-based.

Manage full-cycle early career recruiting: screen candidates, coordinate interviews, advocate candidate experience, create offers, support diversity sourcing, partner with hiring teams, and handle travel during peak season.

Manage financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of energy services and construction projects. Lead project teams, validate scope/cost/schedule, manage subcontractors, monitor forecasts and cash flow, and ensure compliance with contracts, safety, and governing agencies. Create and maintain project schedules and risk mitigation plans.
