Qualify opportunities, develop business cases and financial proformas, perform facility walkthroughs, troubleshoot client issues, coordinate team selling, prioritize and plan sales activities, and renew or expand service agreements to improve building efficiency and sustainability.

Manage and grow commercial HVAC accounts by developing long-term relationships with engineers, contractors, and building owners. Deliver solutions through project take-off, pricing, proposal strategy, and integration of equipment, controls, and services. Convert leads, assemble acquisition teams, execute account business plans, answer technical questions, and conduct customer visits to drive energy-efficient building solutions.

Lead development and improvement of HVAC manufacturing processes, implement lean improvements, design material handling and plant layouts, troubleshoot equipment, analyze SPC data, manage supplier/contracts, prepare cost and capital justifications, maintain PFMEAs and MES documentation, and mentor team members to drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity goals.

Configure and develop Nuvolo Connected Workspace on the ServiceNow EAM platform. Build web services, scripts, Service Catalog and Service Portal components, integrate third-party tools, perform testing, validation and code reviews, and assess client workflows to optimize product usage and efficiency.

Manage HVAC equipment projects end-to-end: plan and schedule work, control scope, budget and forecasts, coordinate with customers, contractors and subcontractors, enter equipment and purchase orders, generate work orders, manage cash flow, billing and collections, and maintain customer satisfaction through issue resolution.
