Lead supplier quality for sourced HVAC finished goods: coach suppliers on APQP/FMEA/PPAP, deploy standard work, analyze warranty/field data, drive supplier audits, support new product launches, and facilitate warranty recovery and supplier corrective actions.

Under moderate supervision, administer multiple contracting projects from award through closeout: maintain project documentation, coordinate Sales-to-Operations transition, manage procurement and vendor POs/subcontracts, support job costing and forecasting, coordinate customer invoicing, record project costs, and resolve billing/backlog issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Drive account growth and retention for building-owner customers by providing HVAC system consultation, converting leads to opportunities, leading acquisition teams, developing account business plans, answering technical questions, and visiting customer job sites to support sales and implementation.

Lead design, testing, and validation of commercial HVAC products focused on fans, motors, and air-movement systems. Apply airflow and heat-transfer expertise to optimize subsystems, develop and execute lab tests, analyze data, ensure compliance with industry standards, drive reliability and continuous improvement, and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

Support multiple construction projects through lifecycle: project documentation, procurement, job costing, invoicing, cost tracking, and administrative closeout. Coordinate with project managers, customers, vendors, and regional teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery and accurate financial recording.
