Manage and grow commercial HVAC service accounts by identifying and qualifying opportunities, using consultative selling to build long-term customer relationships, developing business cases and financial proformas, performing facility walkthroughs, troubleshooting and resolving client issues, prioritizing and planning sales activities, closing new business and expanding service agreements, and collaborating with internal sales teams. Serve as onsite HR strategic business partner for a focused factory (≈1200 employees). Lead labor and employee relations, talent management, staffing, HR analytics, continuous improvement (Lean), training, investigations, communications, and support union negotiations to align HR programs with business goals.

Lead multi-building and complex commercial HVAC controls projects from proposal through closeout. Manage project financials, schedules, change orders, subcontractors, compliance, and customer relationships. Mentor team members, act as HVAC controls subject-matter expert, and ensure project safety, documentation, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Advise corporate leadership on tax strategy across M&A, tax planning, and audits. Model tax and accounting impacts, draft technical memos, manage IRS and other tax authority inquiries, and collaborate with internal and external advisors to implement tax positions and improvements to tax technology and processes.

Lead deployment and sustainment of manufacturing technology (PLM/MBOM, MES, ERP, IIoT) across plants. Act as liaison between IT/OT and manufacturing, drive site readiness, change management, training, integration, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and tracking project risks and milestones.
