Sell and manage accounts for HVAC controls and building automation solutions. Build long-term relationships with engineers, contractors, and building owners, convert leads, create account-specific business plans, coordinate acquisition teams, answer technical HVAC and controls questions, and visit customers to drive energy-efficient solutions.

Lead development of controls and software for HVAC embedded controllers: define system architectures and interfaces, manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle, evaluate solution trade-offs, run design reviews, support validation testing and failure investigations, and communicate technical direction to stakeholders.

Provide technical sales support and engineered HVAC solutions across the sales cycle: evaluate applications, produce equipment selections, quotes, proposals, drawings, and pricing; coordinate with account managers and internal teams; support project handoff, troubleshooting, and occasional travel to support sales and customer relationships.

Manage financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction for HVAC/building controls projects. Lead project teams, manage subcontractors, review contracts for risk, handle change orders, maintain schedules and documentation, and ensure project compliance and safety for multi-building and complex controls projects.

Lead go-to-market strategy for higher education energy services, build vertical programs, hire and coach Account Executives, structure complex financial deals (EaaS, performance contracts, P3, MESA), drive bookings and pipeline, oversee forecasting and major pursuits, cultivate relationships with college decision-makers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable energy solutions.

Manage procurement activities to meet quality, delivery, and cost goals. Lead multiple cross-functional procurement projects (NPD, source change, VAVE, productivity/VAVE), align commodity strategies with business units, evaluate and select suppliers, and forecast/report procurement financial metrics. Support annual operating plans and participate in productivity gate reviews and major model/value engineering events.

Design and document electrical systems for water- and air-cooled chillers. Create schematics, wiring diagrams, 3D wiring harness routing, BOMs, and assembly drawings. Support prototypes, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing, and drive continuous design improvements.

Manage a portfolio of mostly small service-agreement customers to drive retention and growth through renewals, new service agreements, quotations, and account management. Respond to customer inquiries, develop account strategies and financial reviews, enter opportunities into Salesforce, partner with estimating and operations, and perform occasional on-site customer support/sales.

Design and draft parts, assemblies, and sheet metal for commercial HVAC products using 3D CAD. Create documentation, manage PLM/BOM/change control, perform tolerance/GD&T analysis, provide technical support, and coordinate projects with cross-functional global teams to deliver producible designs.

Design and manage complex mechanical product systems for HVAC/refrigeration. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve factory and field issues, perform lab testing and data analysis, conduct refrigeration cycle and heat transfer calculations, apply drafting and GD&T practices, and deliver technical designs and presentations.
