Serve as the primary in-store advisor for customers at Trane Supply, resolving parts and equipment issues, processing orders and quotes, driving sales through product knowledge, and supporting inventory and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Provide operational support for the sales organization by coordinating cross-functional activities, maintaining documentation and systems, removing administrative bottlenecks, supporting contract and account setup, and driving process improvements to ensure timely project execution and excellent customer experience.

Manage and grow service accounts for commercial HVAC clients through consultative selling, opportunity qualification, business-case development, facility walkthroughs, stakeholder engagement, and team-based selling to increase renewals, expansions, and energy-efficiency solutions.

Design and develop HVAC systems and controls using Trane and third-party equipment; scope projects, create engineering documents from concept through construction, support proposals and account teams, validate designs, improve processes, and provide technical support. Some travel and occasional overtime required.

Validate project scope, generate submittals, provide technical support to engineers and contractors, communicate with customers and field staff, manage equipment orders and budgets, and use selection software to ensure project and ordering accuracy.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for finance and accounting systems. Translate accounting and compliance requirements into product features, own backlog, write user stories, collaborate with finance and delivery teams, ensure GAAP compliance, data integrity, audit readiness, and measure product performance to improve financial workflows and automation.

Join Trane Technologies' 14-week Graduate Training Program to become a Technical Sales Associate. Train in HVAC equipment, building controls, energy optimization, and relationship-based selling. After training, sell equipment, controls, parts, and services; develop territory sales plans; manage full sales cycles; build customer relationships with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners; and meet sales targets through new design wins and channel management.

Coordinate and support the Graduate Training Program including attendee relocation, logistics, scheduling, online training support, events, community projects, and instructor assistance. Collaborate across teams, support strategic learning projects, and promote a positive program culture at the La Crosse training facility.

Lead the design, development, improvement, and sustainment of residential HVAC R&D lab test facilities. Create design/spec documents, troubleshoot lab hardware/software, manage contractors and enhancement requests, mentor lab and product teams, and lead high-impact improvement projects.
