Sell comprehensive energy and outcome-based solutions to public and private sector clients. Qualify leads, build multi-million-dollar pipelines, structure creative financial deals, develop customer relationships, collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams, monitor market/finance trends, and travel to customer sites to evaluate and support projects.

Integrate and qualify variable frequency drives (VFDs) into commercial HVAC equipment. Select devices, define application specs, conduct component and system-level qualification, tune motor-drive pairings, optimize cooling, interface controls and safety, troubleshoot factory and field issues, and support product lifecycle across multifunctional teams.

Coordinate and dispatch service resources and technicians, schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors and equipment, liaise with Parts and Service Managers, handle customer concerns, generate work orders and reports, and ensure service agreements and repairs are completed within financial standards.

Manage and grow key building-owner accounts by providing HVAC controls solutions and consultation, converting leads to opportunities, developing account business plans, answering technical questions, coordinating acquisition teams, and ensuring customer retention and profitability.
