Serves as a senior technical advisor, coaches engineers, establishes operating models and best practices, and champions safe, reliable AI adoption.

The Executive Programs Narrative Lead will develop strategic narratives for executive customer interactions, translate AI concepts for leadership, and collaborate with various teams to enhance briefing experiences.

Lead the Solutions Architecture team, managing complex implementations of AI solutions, mentoring technical staff, and aligning customer needs with product roadmaps.

Build scalable data models, pipelines, metrics, dashboards, analytical tools, and self-service data products for Go-to-Market teams. Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, data scientists, policy experts, and other stakeholders to integrate AI safety research into products and improve reliability, safety outcomes, and user experience.

Leads global mobility and immigration strategic initiatives, including U.S. permanent residence, PERM, M&A, organizational change, global expansion, and compliance. Builds governance, playbooks, controls, dashboards, and scalable operating models; manages external counsel and vendors; and partners cross-functionally with Legal, Corporate Development, Recruiting, People, Finance, and business leaders. Uses data, systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve compliance, efficiency, service quality, and employee experience.

Develop and maintain operating system foundations across kernels, userspace services, daemons, security mechanisms, performance and power systems, debugging tools, and application-facing APIs. Build secure, privacy-preserving, reliable platform software; diagnose kernel and userspace failures; support graphics, input, lifecycle, and update systems; and improve testing, observability, release readiness, and production hardening in collaboration with hardware, embedded, firmware, application, and product teams.

Build and deploy AI systems for legal customers, embedding with law firms to identify high-value use cases, prototype solutions, and drive production adoption.
