Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Safety, Security, Privacy, and Commercial teams to shape legal strategy and mitigate risks.

Lead design for identity, authentication, permissions, and admin experiences across consumer and enterprise products. Define mental models and interaction patterns for human-to-agent and agent-to-agent authorization. Translate complex security, privacy, and policy requirements into clear, trustworthy UX. Ship sign-in, recovery, device and access-control flows, and contribute to shared design systems.

Lead external research and advisory partnerships to bring independent expertise into product and policy decisions. Build and manage advisory councils, academic research collaborations, and stakeholder relationships; translate findings into actionable guidance; design engagement processes; manage operational aspects (contracts, budgets, confidentiality); and brief senior leaders while coordinating across product, policy, safety, legal, research, and communications teams.
