Leads OpenAI’s government technical success organization across pre-sales, implementation, production deployment, adoption, and value realization. Builds teams and operating models, guides complex government AI deployments, sponsors strategic executive relationships, develops partner-led delivery, measures customer and mission outcomes, and channels field insights into product and policy decisions. The role requires deep AI and platform expertise, public-sector experience, executive communication, and familiarity with security, compliance, procurement, data sovereignty, and government deployment requirements.

Define ICPs, optimize conversion and lead routing, run disciplined tests, measure segment-level pipeline and revenue outcomes, and align cross-functional teams through clear operating rhythms and decision frameworks.

Lead paid and emerging-channel B2B demand strategy across paid search, social, display, content syndication and third-party partnerships. Translate pipeline goals into audience, channel, budget, and experimentation plans; partner with Performance Marketing, RevOps, Analytics, Finance, and Sales to measure and optimize qualified pipeline and ROI. Build partner portfolios, design full-funnel tests, validate new channels, and communicate performance narratives to leadership.

Lead communications for OpenAI's government and public-sector partnerships, develop and execute media and stakeholder strategies across cybersecurity, biodefense, national security and state/local government work, build media relationships, counsel senior leaders, manage cross-functional communications, and anticipate and mitigate reputational risks.

Lead B2B lifecycle strategy and journey architecture across prospect and customer stages. Design personalized nurture and activation programs, establish triggers and routing with cross-functional partners, own experimentation and measurement frameworks, improve database health, and build lifecycle playbooks to drive conversion, pipeline, adoption, retention, and scalable execution.
