Senior cybersecurity account leader responsible for P&L, customer success, growth, and delivery across a portfolio including CISA. Builds executive relationships, drives account expansion, aligns enterprise capabilities, and leads talent and operations to achieve revenue, profitability, and mission outcomes.

Perform QA checks and software testing for NIH enterprise applications supporting cloud migration/modernization. Develop and implement QC/testing methodologies, metrics, and documentation; use automated testing tools where practical; conduct reviews; ensure HHS EPLC and Section 508 compliance; determine quality resources and maintain quality throughout the software lifecycle.

Lead cloud application architecture and migration efforts for NIH NIAID NEAT. Design and implement Azure resources, ensure FISMA compliance, enable CI/CD, guide modernization (serverless, microservices, containers), evaluate technical alternatives, and mentor development teams while coordinating with stakeholders and presenting EPLC deliverables.

Provide remote systems engineering support for cloud-related application and infrastructure migration and modernization for NIH NIAID NEAT. Manage, configure, install, test, monitor, and troubleshoot network hardware, network operating systems, and communication protocols (TCP/IP). Participate in design, implementation, and standards maintenance; provide technical consultation and training to IT staff; diagnose and resolve complex communication problems.

Serve as technical single point of contact for NIAID NEAT, remotely overseeing cloud application/infrastructure migration and modernization. Build and manage program budgets, financial tracking, and forecasts; establish CI/CD pipelines; track milestones and ensure contract compliance. Lead and coordinate 65-75 FTEs across PM, Agile, DevOps, business process, and change management; coordinate procurement and support business growth.

Support cloud migration and modernization of NIH enterprise web and mobile applications. Design and translate functional specifications, develop and debug software, lead mobile-first solutions, perform technology upgrades for Android/iOS, document systems, optimize performance, and provide technical direction to development teams.

Lead cloud migration and modernization projects for NIH NIAID NEAT: manage schedules, staffing, finances, CI/CD delivery, Agile teams, risk mitigation, EPLC stage-gate deliverables, and cloud proof-of-concepts on AWS/Azure for large-scale web and mobile applications.
