Manage territory sales for nuclear valve products, services, and training. Review, draft, negotiate, and manage customer and supplier contracts, ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. government regulations (ITAR, EAR, OFAC), mitigate contractual risk, manage contract tracking/archiving, provide training, and support site and corporate compliance initiatives. Liaise with internal legal and outside counsel and represent the company in contract negotiations.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives including complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, meeting and event planning, email and communication management, expense and invoice processing, onboarding and HR support, facilities coordination, and vendor/contractor liaison duties to ensure efficient executive office operations.

Drive sales and margin growth for Crane ChemPharma & Energy products within a defined territory. Develop key account strategies, manage channels, forecast sales, support project execution, deliver product and applications training, and report competitive/market activity. Heavy customer travel and collaboration with global teams and business line managers.

Design, analyze, and test high-reliability high-power AC-DC and DC-DC converters and power subsystems for aerospace and defense. Perform analog and digital circuit design, computer-aided modeling, characterization, documentation, manufacturing support, and proposal technical support while coordinating with customers and suppliers.
