This role involves achieving revenue goals in healthcare sales, managing accounts, providing mentorship, and executing strategic business plans across Oregon.

Provide Tier II IT support: troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for Windows and Mac, log tickets, perform account administration in Active Directory and Office 365, assist with imaging and device provisioning, support mobile devices and MDM, escalate complex issues, ensure HIPAA compliance, and assist onboarding/offboarding.

Support medical device and DME sales within a defined territory by prospecting referral sources, conducting sales calls, delivering products, educating patients and staff, troubleshooting issues, managing inventory and documentation, and assisting billing/compliance. This hybrid sales-service role is a development path toward Territory Sales Manager.
