Lead cross-functional systems engineering efforts to define, develop, integrate, certify, and deliver integrated weapon-system capabilities. Align hardware/software IPTs, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and control accounts, and produce certification packages for ground, flight, and operational tests while driving MBSE and lean‑agile practices.

Lead analytics efforts to collect, validate, analyze, and visualize disparate datasets to generate actionable insights. Perform integration and test of complex electronic systems from hardware/software/firmware through aircraft installation. Develop test plans, procedures, automation and reports; execute system integration, design verification, and qualification tests in labs or field locations. Troubleshoot issues, collaborate across disciplines, and support government security clearance requirements. On-site in Rolling Meadows, IL with ~10% travel.

Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN networks for the C2BMC program. Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Palo Alto); monitor performance, perform root cause analysis, and resolve connectivity issues. Support network design, security controls (STIG), multi-vendor environments, and travel to remote sites for installations and incident response, including off-hours support.

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise CI/CD and DevOps solutions for missile defense systems. Build pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins), automate with Python/Java/Bash/PowerShell, implement IaC and SDN, collaborate across teams, produce documentation and KPIs, and support occasional off-hours and travel.

Lead development, negotiation, award, and administration of specialized subcontracts. Prepare bid packages, evaluate proposals, negotiate modifications, and develop subcontract policies. Mentor subcontract administrators and collaborate on RFPs, SOWs, specifications, deliverables, and pricing for government and commercial contracts.

Provide administrative and tactical support for goods movement, logistics, and supply chain operations. Track, stage, pack, load/unload, and transport raw materials and parts. Use SAP transactions for goods issue/receipt, support shop floor and production control, operate company vehicles and forklifts, and report material status during planning sessions.
