Lead design and troubleshooting of manufacturing test equipment, fixtures, and automated test software for RF/Electronic Warfare systems. Lead a high-visibility EMD program onsite in Baltimore, managing cost, schedule, technical performance, resources, risks, and stakeholder engagement. Deliver executive briefings, negotiate contracts and budgets, drive KPIs and program outcomes, cultivate customer relationships, and oversee cross-functional matrix teams supporting U.S. government contracts.

Lead and manage supplier/subcontract execution for radar avionics subsystems, ensure compliance with program and avionics hardware requirements, produce detailed schematics and documentation, collaborate with subcontract engineers and stakeholders, develop solutions for obsolete hardware, and support program execution. Requires travel up to 25% and security clearances.
